Project development: Experimentations with illustrations and prints

 In the picture shown below, you will see the process of experimentation I have performed in order to pre-test my colour palette and see the actual colours composition. I have also tried to implement multiple prints on the clothing to see what I like and what will not work for me in this collection. 

Disclaimers:

  • green colour shown below is a tone that will be used for floral print on the lighter toned shirt
  • colours may look differ from the final version of the illustrations due to the use of different kinds of paper for each occasion
  • some colours do not match my project's colour palette perfectly and therefore palette will be included in this post below as well as next to the final illustrations on my website

  1. Very good, colours work well with your designs. Better explanation here - perhaps you could mention which fabrics you are looking at using as part of these designs (hypothetically at least) and when you present, they should be presented with palette, material swatches and perhaps individual names of each design.
