Set Project Sign-Off form
Here is my project sign-off document from meeting with my tutor. We have discussed the concept and theme of my project, written down all the details and pointed out which parts need some improvement.

I think here you need to post an introduction and a picture if you are just posting the link and the link itself really should have been added using the link button and using text to display, it should not be the http address as this does not look good
